LF1700-F1 Heavy Model High Speed Laminator is controlled by the cylinder to automatically lift and lower the rubber roller. It is simple and practical, and can be used for cold lamination at low temperature, automatic bottom paper removal, automatic winding and other functions; especially when the cold lamination is working, the rubber roller is properly applied. LF1700-F1 Heavy Model High Speed Laminator can realize two lamination methods: one is linerless film lamination, the other is cold lamination.

Linerless Film Lamination Method:

Extend the film, go around the top of the linerless paper bar, with the glue side facing up, pass between the rollers and wrap it on the finished material roller. Or someone pulls the film, and after the lamination starts, put the film quickly and flatly wound around the finished material roller.

Cold Lamination Method: 

When cold lamination film is used for cold lamination, heating is generally not required, but if the silicone roller is heated to 40-50 °C, the cold lamination effect will be better.

Extend the film, pass through the two rollers and wrap it on the finished material roller. Or someone pulls the film, and after the lamination starts, put the film quickly and flatly wound around the finished material roller.

Use a cutter to separate the film and the backing paper at the appropriate position, lift the backing paper on the upper part to separate it from the film, and fix it flatly on the end paper material bar. Tighten the picture and lay it flat on the front worktable, insert the white edge part of the front end of the picture between the upper and lower rollers, put the paper pressure bar, and drop the upper roller.
